Is delta-8 legal in Nevada?

Not legal

No. Nevada law counts delta-8 and delta-10 as THC and bans making or selling synthetic cannabinoids without Cannabis Compliance Board approval. • Unincorporated Clark County also bans artificially derived cannabinoids at hemp retail stores.

  • THCA flower is sold legally as cannabis in licensed dispensaries to adults 21+.
