Privacy.
Short version: no tracking, no cookies, no accounts. We only see what you send us. Last updated .
What we collect
Nothing, unless you send it. canary. has no accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies.
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, message, and the state, product or page you picked.
How the contact form works
Your message is sent to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. We use it only to reply to you, fix an error you reported, or consider your pitch.
We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. We delete messages we no longer need.
Services that see your visit
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block attacks.
Fonts are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.
If you pick light or dark mode, your browser remembers that one setting on your device. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
Links to state and federal sources take you to other sites, which have their own privacy rules.
Stored in your browser
The homepage map keeps one short note in your browser's session storage so its opening animation plays once per visit. It holds no personal data and clears when you close the tab.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a message you sent, or ask what we hold about you, through the contact page.
Changes
If we add analytics or anything else that collects data, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
